A YWK's delegation with a menber of five people comprises YWK's president, financial director,technical director,purchasing director,QA,QC visited some Japanese companies during the Spring Festival in the begining of Tiger Year.

All YWK employees were belived to be deeply impressed by our Japanese friends in term of their dedication to the company,highly motivated mentality and superior management. Huge gap can be found between Chinese and Japanese enterprises,YWK's president mentioned a regular visit to foreign giant  company will be organized in the near future to educate more and more YWK people.
